USA Orders:
Standard (5–7 Business Days) — FREE
Expedited (2 Business Days) — $15                                                                                      Next Day Air ($50)

Processing Time:
All US orders will be fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders are shipped every day from 9 AM to 7 PM. Sundays 11 AM to 4PM 

Important Notes:
• All shipments are insured and delivered by UPS
• At delivery, you'll need to show a valid ID and provide a signature.
• Free shipping is available on Standard Delivery
• All items are shipped from California

Custom orders are handcrafted. These take around 4-6 weeks to complete. On rare occasions we are able to complete your custom piece in a shorter or longer time period. Whilst we aim to complete your custom piece in 4-6 weeks this is not always possible as there are a lot of variables that determine the production time of your custom piece. 

We have records of every order, we know when your parcel has been delivered or delivery was attempted. If the parcel is at your local delivery office, then please contact them to arrange redelivery. If you're not sure please support@icemeout.net
