Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect your claim and, if approved, provide a one-time repair or replacement at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• The item must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Photos or videos of the issue may be requested.

Processing Time:
All US orders will be fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders are shipped every day from 9 AM to 7 PM. Sundays 11 AM to 4PM

Custom orders are handcrafted. These take around 4-6 weeks to complete. On rare occasions we are able to complete your custom piece in a shorter or longer time period. Whilst we aim to complete your custom piece in 4-6 weeks this is not always possible as there are a lot of variables that determine the production time of your custom piece.

Metals & Plating: Metal composition is listed on each individual product page. Items described as 925 Sterling Silver are sterling silver. Gold-tone, white-gold-tone, or rose-gold-tone pieces may feature a plated finish when specified. Plating is a surface finish and may naturally fade or wear over time depending on frequency of wear, skin chemistry, moisture, chemicals, lotions, perfumes, and jewelry-care habits.

Stone & Jewelry Measurements: Stone sizes, jewelry dimensions, lengths, widths, and weights may be approximate unless specifically stated otherwise. Carat or carat-equivalent information will be identified according to the gemstone being sold.

Color & Appearance: We make every effort to accurately represent our jewelry. Actual color, brilliance, stone appearance, and metal finish may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and normal manufacturing variations.

Jewelry Care: To preserve your jewelry's appearance, avoid prolonged contact with water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, household cleaners, and other harsh chemicals. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping when appropriate. Store pieces separately in a clean, dry location.
